bookbindery right now. This means the actual printing
is completed. The books will be delivered this week
and will be send out to the whole wide world immediately.

the sequel to the book that fans called "Queen
of Candids" will hit the streetmarket June 27,
2005. Although the book is not out yet, you can use
this website for placing your orders from now on.
Of course, we get a lot of mails in the last few days
with questions about its content. We are working now
on the website to tell you more about the fantastic
stories and will put additional pictures online. So

The "Queen of Candids" has gotten a sister!
Bud Glass has gratified us with
the second volume of the famous candid book "Elvis:
Behind The Image". After
more than one year of work and investigations - he did
it again! Praytome
Publishing has finalized the script during the last
weeks and brought it to
the print office where it is right now. Sandi Miller
has opened her private
journals again and tells us stories about the human
being behind the legend
while the "King of Candids" Russ Howe has
conjured up again amazing candid
shots of the "King of Rock´n´Roll".

22, 2005 the Dutch TV Channel RTV Noord-Holland will
broadcast a documentary about Larry Geller, the personal
hair-dresser & stylist of Elvis Presley. This documentary
was produced in co-operation with Andylon Lensen and
Praytome Publishing and will contain rare Elvis Super8
Live Footage originating from the collections / archives
of Bud Glass Productions / Praytome Publishing.

materiaal in documentaire RTV Noord-Holland over Elvis
'De Kapper van the King' toont andere kant van Presley
BEVERWIJK
- Vijftien jaar lang was Larry Geller niet alleen
de kapper van Elvis Presley, maar ook een van zijn
beste vrienden. RTV Noord-Holland zendt op zondag
22 mei een documentaire uit over de schepper van 's
werelds meest beroemde vetkuif, die kind aan huis
is in het Elvismuseum in Beverwijk. In de film 'De
Kapper van the King' toont hij een kant van de rockster
die de wereld nooit zag.
De
documentaire bevat nooit eerder op tv vertoonde amateuropnamen
van Elvis op het podium. Ook de bijzondere privéfoto's
van Presley maken van de documentaire een uniek document
over wellicht de grootste ster die de wereld ooit
kende.
In
de indringende documentaire vertelt Geller over de
hechte band die hij had met zijn beroemde cliënt.
Elvis Presley, moe van het oppervlakkige bestaan als
rockster, was wanhopig op zoek naar de zin van het
leven. Geller, naast kapper ook deskundig op het gebied
van spiritualeit, hielp hem daarbij.
Zo
liet hij hem de boeken lezen die Elvis er bijna toe
brachten om de wereld van roem en rijkdom op te geven.
'De Profeet' van Kahlil Gibran was het lievelingsboek
van The King en is tegenwoordig in het bezit van het
Elvis Museum in Beverwijk.
Geller
week vijftien jaar lang geen moment van zijn zijde.
Na de dood van Elvis was het Geller die het lichaam
gereed maakte voor de uitvaart. In de film die RTV
Noord-Holland maakte en uitzendt, vertelt Geller uitgebreid
over dit emotionele afscheid van zijn beste vriend.
De
documentaire De Kapper van The King wordt zondag 22
mei 2005 uitgezonden op RTV Noord-Holland om 10, 12,
14 en 16 uur. De documentaire is gemaakt in samenwerking
met Elvis International Shop in Beverwijk en Praytome

22, 2005 - Announcement of the new DVD "Elvis - Adrenaline
'71"
|
Last summer, with only a little advertisement the producers
put out a new DVD called "Elvis - Adrenaline '70"
and took the fans by surprise this way. The DVD
contained like "Elvis: Behind The Image" newly
discovered Super8 footage laser transfered in the well
known quality from the original reels. The concept was
(and of course still is) to set the focus on a specific
year but concentrating only on the Las Vegas concerts
of that time. That's why the fan got almost 40 minutes
of great footage from the Summer Festival August 1970.
An additional documentary covered with pictures and
short videoclips the return to live performing in a
never before done way.
"Praytome Publishing" is proud to announce
today that the production on
"Elvis - Adrenaline '71"
has already startet so that in the near future you'll
have the 2nd volume of this "Las Vegas - Elvis
DVD Anthology" in your hands. Like its predecessor

The Image Vol.2"

In
2003 Bud Glass and Praytome Publishing released "Elvis:
Behind The Image" - The Book. The DVD with the
same title was already released when the book came out
but contrary to the rumours, the book did not contain
snapshots from the concerts to be seen on DVD. The book,
because of its style, layout and content, became quickly
the queen of candid books. (Click
here to see sample pictures). While the interviews
on DVD try to bring a little light into the private
life style of our man, the book continues to do so with
its great pictures.
Today Praytome Publishing is proud to be able to announce
the follow up to the first volume:

A new high quality hardcover book full of colour candids
to feast your eyes on. Bud Glass has compiled more interesting

We are happy to say that the post offices worked great
during the holidays so that the books were shipped and
transported just in time to be in the Elvis Shops around
Graceland for the 70th anniversary of Elvis'. We've
received a lot of positive feedback already for the
book from the fans in Europe. We will collect all the
statements and publish them later on this website.
